It is worth noting that connection issues experienced at the app's launch stem from interactions with an external system, which may take up to 20 seconds. If the problem persists beyond this timeframe, it indicates that the external system is nonfunctional, and as developers, we cannot rectify this situation. Once connected successfully, the app functions optimally.

We would like to remind users that the application relies on data from the external ITS system, which operates independently of our control as developers. Therefore, any malfunctions of this system do not constitute errors within our application. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the displayed data, and instances of system outages are unfortunately not uncommon. Your understanding is appreciated.

The app allows you not only to check bus and tram departure times but also to determine how long it will take to reach your stop. You can search for specific stops and save them as favorites. Additionally, there is an experimental option to compare tram and bus arrival times by grouping stops. Real-time vehicle locations are displayed, along with estimated travel durations. The app provides detailed information on MPK Łódź departures.

The newly introduced transport plan offers a comprehensive guide to changes in the MPK transport system, enabling users to track modified and new line routes.

With this application, you will stay informed about any disruptions in urban transportation within the Łódź Agglomeration. You will receive official notifications regarding incidents and have the ability to report events not yet reflected in the system.

The integration with the MIGAWKA system allows users to verify the validity of tickets stored on their cards. Multiple cards can be saved simultaneously, and users can activate notifications to remind them when it's time to purchase a new ticket.
